2005 (AUG) SAVANNAH COLLEGE OF ART & DESIGN • One of five pieces choosen for the Sequential Art Gallery of the SCAD catalog, website and mySCAD website for 2005-2006. To date 9 works have been put on display in Norris Hall.
(JUL) TRINOC-CON • Invited as a Comic Art Guest. Participated in a panel and conducted a workshop on "How to Draw Manga Characters."

(JUN) FANIME NATION • "Always Wear Protection" piece was #1 Top Submission with the Highest Hit Rating (June 2002 - close of the site) in "Top Rated/Cool Submissions" with 13,000+ hits--earning it a FANimeNation "pop" icon distinction, and featuring it with four other works in a sidebar throughout the site for two years.
(MAY) SAVANNAH COLLEGE OF ART & DESIGN • Awarded a US$40,000 Merit Scholarship for outstanding portfolio work and SAT scores to study Sequential Art. Included in the top 6%.
