Hi! I'm Starwefter. On some forums I go by Dark Star; my SCA name is Heledd of Mathrafal (more about that later...).

Welcome to my life... Herein lies (or will lie) the way to my other pages—

Once upon a time there was a web site named Animated Lust (rated PG!), which was renamed Animated Life to better describe its raison d'être as a place devoted to lovers of animated shows, and which shortly thereafter overwhelmed its server and lost its host. It is no more, except for its forums, (which remain vibrantly alive, and we'd be happy if you dropped in!) but while it lasted it was a wonderful place, full of information on all kinds of animation from classic 'toons of the forties, fifties and sixties to modern anime and CGA shows. And instead of shrines for those characters we thought were hot, we made harems... So I present my harem, with pictures, of my animated hotties, though the attached Ivory Tower is still under construction. You can get to both, as well as my other Pagii pages, at Dark Star's Pagii.

If that hasn't overwhelmed you, I'm also writing a fanfiction for a fellow member of the Animated Life forums, which is titled Shawn and Mimi Boppin' through the Multiverse. You can read it and my other fanfiction either here on my web pages, or else on my account at Fanfiction.net under the name Starwefter.

I occasionally (very occasionally) blog on LiveJournal and upload the occasional poem, photo, piece of fanart, etc. to deviantART, both places also as Starwefter. (Dark Star was taken...)

I participate in the Society for Creative Anachronism, which is an international educational, non-profit organization focusing on historical recreation of the middle ages. You can find out about my persona, as well as other things about the SCA, the kingdom of the Northshield, and the shire of Schattentor.

There are still some remnants of my professional pages from my time working in the government documents section of the library, namely an article on superseding CIA maps and a list of country name changes. Sooner or later they will be linked...

Two useful sites I've found on the internet are:

• The U.S. government's Do Not Call Registry — a place to list your phone number if you do not wish to receive telemarketing calls.



• Down for Everyone or Just Me? is just that — when your browser can't connect to a web page, you type in the address, and this page will tell you if it's just you — or if page really is down, and cannot be connected to.
